O Cosmedics Hydra Plus Sleep-In Mask is a rich overnight hydration treatment for dry, dehydrated, dull and moisture-depleted skin. Designed to work while you sleep, it helps minimise overnight moisture loss while replenishing hydration, softening rough texture and plumping dehydration lines so skin feels smoother, more supple and comfortable by morning.
Sodium Hyaluronate and Betaine attract and maintain water within the skin, while Shea Butter and Liponic EG-1 provide nourishing emollient support to improve softness and moisture retention. The Core Four complex adds peptides, Niacinamide and antioxidant support, extending the formula beyond basic hydration to support barrier function, visible smoothness and skin resilience.
The creamy, melt-in texture provides more substantial nourishment than a daily hydrating serum without feeling like a traditional mask that needs to be removed. Used 1 to 3 nights per week, it is particularly useful when weather, travel, air conditioning, active skincare or general moisture depletion leave the skin looking flat, rough or noticeably more dehydrated than usual.

SKIN DEEP MEDISPA EXPERT VERDICT
Our rating: 4.9/5
O Cosmedics Hydra Plus Sleep-In Mask is one of those products I like having in a routine for the times when the skin changes. Someone can have a perfectly good everyday routine and still go through periods where their skin suddenly feels tighter, looks duller or their fine lines become much more noticeable. That's when I tend to bring this in. I particularly like it during colder weather, after travel or when someone has increased their corrective skincare and their skin needs a little more overnight nourishment. What I don't do is wait until the skin is extremely dry and uncomfortable before using it. For skin that's prone to dehydration, using Hydra Plus occasionally when those first signs appear can be much more useful than trying to recover once the skin already feels depleted.
BEST FOR
Dry Skin • Dehydrated Skin • Dullness • Rough Texture • Overnight Hydration
I make a distinction between skin that needs an occasional hydration boost and skin that is persistently dry or compromised. If someone is waking up tight and uncomfortable every morning, repeatedly reaching for a sleep mask isn't the whole answer. That's when I would review their cleanser, serums and everyday moisturiser and work out why the skin isn't maintaining hydration properly. O Cosmedics Hydra Plus Sleep-In Mask is an excellent treatment, but I still want the foundations of the routine doing their job.

🔥 OUR HOT TIP
Pay attention to where your skin actually becomes dehydrated. You don't have to apply the same amount everywhere just because it's a mask. If your cheeks are feeling tight and depleted but your T-zone is comfortable, I would use a more generous layer through the drier areas and keep it lighter where you don't need as much. It's a simple adjustment, but particularly useful for combination skin that needs extra hydration without wanting a rich layer across the entire face.

“My skin always gets tight and dull when the weather changes, even though my normal routine is usually enough. I use this a couple of nights when that happens and my skin feels soft and comfortable again by morning.”
Maggie, Bendigo VIC
“I take this whenever I travel because hotel air conditioning dries my skin out terribly. It feels nourishing without being sticky and my skin looks much less tired the next day.”
Nathan, Adelaide SA
“I have combination skin so I was worried this might be too rich, but I mainly use it over my cheeks where I get dehydrated. A little goes a long way and my skin looks noticeably plumper the next morning.”
Casey, Launceston TAS
