Skin Deep Medispa ships orders within Australia and New Zealand.

Orders are processed before dispatch, and the available shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Australia

  • Free standard shipping: Orders over $149
  • Standard shipping: $9 on orders under $149
  • Express shipping: $17
  • Signature required shipping: $13

New Zealand

  • Free standard international shipping: Orders over $249
  • Standard international shipping: $26 on orders under $249

Order Processing

Orders are processed during business hours. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details where tracking is available.

During peak periods, promotions, public holidays or supplier delays, dispatch and delivery timeframes may be extended.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, selected shipping method and carrier network conditions.

Estimated delivery timeframes shown at checkout or provided by the delivery carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Authority to Leave and Signature Required Shipping

If you select standard or express shipping, your parcel may be delivered according to the carrier’s delivery process, which may include authority to leave where available.

If you would prefer your parcel not to be left unattended, please select signature required shipping at checkout where available.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. Skin Deep Medispa is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or parcels delivered to an incorrect address where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided at checkout.

New Zealand Orders

For New Zealand orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, import charges or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Skin Deep Medispa is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import requirements or international carrier delays.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Skin Deep Medispa as soon as possible so our team can review the issue and assist where appropriate.

If your order arrives damaged, please retain the item and packaging and provide clear photos so the issue can be assessed.
