How Much Is Postage?
We offer free standard postage for all orders over $99, with the option of paying a flat fee to upgrade to Express Postage. Orders under $99 will be charged a flat fee of $12.

What Is Your Processing Time?
We endeavour to dispatch orders placed prior to 11am on a business day, on that same day. Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched on the following business day.

What About Weekends And Public Holidays?
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If you place an order during this time, it will be dispatched on the following business day.

What About Sales And Busy Periods?
Please understand that whilst we try our best to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, dispatch delays may occur during sales and excessively busy periods (such as Christmas).

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive After Dispatch?
We engage Australia Post for all our postage needs. Delivery times vary from 2 - 6 days based on your location. You will be emailed tracking information so you can monitor your parcel every step of the way.

What If I'm Purchasing Outside Of Australia?
Not all of our brands are available for purchase outside of Australia. Contact us directly to see if your chosed products can be sold overseas and if so, we can give you a postage cost estimate.

What If My Parcel Has Not Arrived In The Estimated Timeframe?
Every parcel comes with a tracking number. Please check the tracking information prior to contacting us.

Ensure That You Don't Miss Your Delivery
If nobody is home, Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe place or deliver it to your local Post Office.
If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your company name.

Out Of Stock Items
We may contact you directly if an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock.
We generally give you the option of waiting for the item to be back in stock or offer you a refund.
