Postage Information

  • How Much Is Postage?

    We offer free standard postage for all orders over $99, with the option of paying a flat fee to upgrade to Express Postage. Orders under $99 will be charged a flat fee of $12.

  • What Is Your Processing Time?

    We endeavour to dispatch orders placed prior to 11am on a business day, on that same day. Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched on the following business day.

  • Weekends And Public Holidays

    Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If you place an order during this time, it will be dispatched on the following business day.

  • Sales And Busy Periods

    Please understand that whilst we try our best to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, dispatch delays may occur during sales and excessively busy periods (such as Christmas).

  • How Long For My Order To Arrive

    We engage Australia Post for all our postage needs. Delivery times vary from 2 - 6 days based on your location. You will be emailed tracking information so you can monitor your parcel every step of the way.

  • Out Of Stock Items

    We may contact you directly if an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock.

    We generally give you the option of waiting for the item to be back in stock or offer you a refund.

  • Don't Miss Your Delivery

    If nobody is home, Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe place or deliver it to your local Post Office.

    If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your company name.

  • Parcel Not Received Within The Estimated Timeframe?

    Every parcel comes with a tracking number. Please check the tracking information prior to contacting us.

  • My Parcel Has Gone Missing

    If your parcel goes missing, please lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. This must be done by the receiver due to Australian Privacy Laws. Also, let us know so we can monitor your tracking too.

  • What Happens After I Lodge An Enquiry?

    Keep us in the loop. Once Australia Post investigate and officially rule it as a missing parcel, we can issue you with a replacement order.

  • Order Dispatch Blackout Periods

    We are a small business and sometimes we are short staffed, on holidays or in training. Check our website banner for any order dispatch blackout periods.

  • Purchasing Outside Of Australia?

    Not all of our brands are available for purchase outside of Australia. Contact us directly to see if your chosen products can be sold overseas and if so, we can give you a postage cost estimate.
