Every customer must complete a consultation with us prior to us selling you an O Cosmedics product.

Whilst we only require you to have an initial consultation, you're encouraged to have a revision consultation every 3 - 6 months

    For this reason it's important that we make sure you're using the correct products for your individual skin concerns.

  • Do I Still Need A Consultation If I Already Use O Cosmedics?

    Yes. We cannot sell you any O Cosmedics product without first completing a consultation.

    It's important to make sure that what you're using is still relevant to your skin concerns.

    The consultation is not designed to upsell you anything. We never pressure our customers into purchasing anything.

  • What If I Don't Want To Do A Consultation?

    We apologise but we cannot sell you an O Cosmedics product if you refuse to have a consultation with us.

    This is a requirement from the manufacturer and we are bound by contract to complete a consultation with every customer.

  • How Much Does A Consultation Cost?

    It's free! It's a good idea to revisit your skin routine every 3 - 6 months to ensure that you're still using products that are suited to your skin concerns.

    Skin changes over time and so should your routine.

  • What If I Have No Idea What Products I Need?

    That's no issue. We can create a bespoke skin care plan based on your specific needs.

    We take into account your budget, your time commitment to your skin and your skins' needs.

  • What Happens After My Consultation?

    You will be issued with a password that will allow you to purchase online on an ongoing basis. 

    We love talking skin and we never put pressure on you to buy anything. We simply give you our recommendations. What you buy after that is totally up to you.
