Evening: Apply O Cosmedics Medi-Soothe to clean skin, follow with O Cosmedics Recovery Cream, then press a small amount of O Cosmedics Youth Activating Oil-Balm over areas that feel dry, tight or depleted.

Hydration support: Use O Cosmedics Hydra Plus Sleep-In Mask 1 to 3 times per week in the evening as an overnight hydration treatment, replacing O Cosmedics Recovery Cream on those nights if the skin feels comfortable.

For very dry or compromised areas: Layer O Cosmedics Youth Activating Oil-Balm as the final step to help seal in hydration and reduce moisture loss.
