 Our Delivery Promise

We promise contactless, fast and free delivery for all orders over $75 in Australia and over $249 in New Zealand. 
Orders under $75 in Australia will attract a flat rate delivery fee of $12. 

Orders under $249 in New Zealand will attract a flat delivery fee of $18 AUD (NZD equivalent). 

Dispatch times: We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on public holidays and weekends will dispatch on the following business day. Please note that during excessively busy Christmas periods, our dispatch times may change.

What if my order hasn't arrived in the estimated timeframe?

Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.

Our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and does not include public holidays. 

 Every parcel comes with a tracking number. Please check the tracking of your parcel prior to contacting us.

 

Ensure that you don't miss your delivery:

Our deliveries with Australia Post are delivered with safe drop, meaning your parcel will be left in a secure place around your property if no-one is home. If there is nowhere safe to leave your parcel, they will deliver to an LPO. 

If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your company name. 

 

What if an item that i ordered is out of stock?

If one of the items you’ve ordered is out of stock you will be notified by one of our customer experience representatives via email.  

Your order will be split to send out any other items/gifts/samples that are in stock.

The out of stock item will either be left on back order until it is restocked, or refunded back via the original method of payment.
